Sedan, Truck, Wagon, Sports, Coupe So, everyone knows that when you tune you bottom end, you have to tune your middle ground. So for most companies, having a performance version of one of your best or second best selling models, is a no-brainer. And for that we have one of the most influential segments. The large aftermarket segment embodies the heart and soul of what you can do after you make a halo car. Most consumers prefer to have a choice on adding more power to their travel or family car. For this year it was a no-brainer on who was the best at making a daily driver, look even better. And considering that this is one of the most demanded sedans in North America, we still do not have it. So for that we name the 2008 Ford Falcon FPV the AutoLooks A+ winner. This sedan embodies everything that consumer’s want. Something you can take to the grocery store, or the racetrack. The best feature of the FPV Falcon is the front end. It looks like the face of a mean football player, with its black markers below the eyes and growling front air duct. The best part is that even with a mean looking front end, the car still flows well, and still seems to be a family car. It was a sad day when we had to name this years Rusty. Considering it comes from a company known for its great, sport designs. But with more competition and better designs, the 2009 Audi RS6 Saloon, just did not have what it takes to be the best. From its sad looking headlights, to its high nose, the RS6 just does not seem all that fast. When you put it up against its brother the S6 you cannot really notice much of a difference. If Audi had made a smaller grille, and dumped the chrome around it, in place of gunmetal, maybe it would have ranked higher. Everett J.
