    ​Now this is a segment, which is always full of surprises.  This years turned out to be one of the most anticipated years for the Sports-GT segment.  From the launch of the VW Scirocco, to the anticipated GT-R release, everyone was waiting for something.  It seems that every year car companies have some new sports car for its consumers, or they announce they are working on a new one. ​

​Although this market has seen shrink in availability of models to choose from, a select few companies still seem interested in creating coupes.  During the late 80’s and early 90’s, you were able to get nearly any car in a coupe or convertible model, but today almost every company has dropped them from their lineup.  

    When it comes to the world’s best supercars, a few names come to mind.  Everyone always thinks Ferrari first.  But when it comes to the best of the Supercar Aftermarket you might think twice about who really is the best.  

​   With the ever increasing demand for small cars, it was no wonder that there would be an increase in demand for pocket rockets.  Since the release of “The Fast and the Furious”, there has been an ever increasing demand for pint-sized pocket rockets, from the factory.  

​It seems there is never enough wealth in the world, when you look at how many high-end cars are sold each year.  Even though there is not a lot of them made, there still never seems to be enough of them to go around.  Considering this is a segment of only three real companies, there are still many others, which could classify.  

​Even with a downturn in the economy, most luxury marks are still trying to dip into the large luxury field. With Audi set to release its new A8 this year and Cadillac working on a replacement for the ailing DTS, the large car market is still making itself noticed.  Considering this is where luxury marks make themselves stand out against the premium brands, its no wonder why companies are still forging ahead with large cars

​And now we get onto one of the hardest segments in the world for sedans.  The Mid-Sized luxury market has always been one of the most vicious segments in the world.  With the likes of Mercedes-Benz and BMW setting the standards every year with upgrades and new models, it’s no wonder why everyone wants a piece of this market-pie.  

​     With an ever growing demand for small cars, and the ever growing prices of gas, its not odd that the luxury marks would get on the small car band wagon.  Although all three contenders within this segment have been around for some time, all three are new in terms to their respective marketplaces.  It is the fist time anyone has seen a mini BMW in North America since the 2002 model of the 70’s.
