2010 Pontiac G6 Coupe design review

​            Well, it’s time to say one last goodbye to our next model, since at the end of this year it will be no more.  I would like to thank everyone who made the well designed first generation G6 a success but now we must let this great name die with the 2010 Pontiac G6 and 

its minor upgrades.  Ok like many other people out there, I was astonished when the Pontiac first released the G6 coupe and convertible.  These were some of the best designed two door cars that GM had done in a long time, its just sad to see them die just after they have been given a poor makeover.

        Now why did GM have to go and add Chevrolet Aveo rims to the G6, and could they have held off on the protruding air ducts.  Why couldn’t they have just lowered the car, added some 17” thin five-point rims, added a hood scoop and just raised the side air ducts up.  Well one can only dream of what could have been one great car to go out on.  It seems the only good thing from Pontiac this year will the few remaining G8 GXP models you may find.
