and the new Equus just arriving, it wasn’t a shock to anyone that the ill-faded Azera (Grandeur) would be in for an overhaul. But when you’re a company who is trying to move more upmarket, it would seem a perfect fit if your first luxury model does just that.
With a newly refined look and more emphasis on the luxury appeal, it seems that the new Azera will finally become what Hyundai always wanted it to be. But what is to come of a car which hails from a company known for inexpensive cars. Well for that answer you would have to look at the sales figures for the Genesis and Equus.
So if you're one of those sceptics who believe that a none luxury company cannot build an S-Class fighter, you may want to take a look at Motor Trends February 2011 issue. Since the new Equus has been put up against the best in the business now, and all I can say is, it’s about time I get a 7-Series for the price of a base 3-Series.
