truck - ev/hybrid
With a final score of 59.37%, the R1T maybe just want the market wanted. The R1T does give us that 90's appeal, with simple lines similar to that of the 90's era Chevrolet and Ford pickups. But when you add the appeal of oversized skid plates, sport wheels and a ground effects appearance package, you have the makings of a truck that may break the mould. When you consider what the competition looks like and their ratings, its no wonder why everyone is backing Rivian. Past their great technology, the R1T also has the best design of the EV-Truck market. It may not have that famous A+ Award under its belt, but at least it doesn't have a Rusty award. The R1T may become the truck that everyone has to beat, as it is the only one that fits into the truck world. Sure armour plating and the ability to adjust to your growing needs may be great features. But to really break into a market and stand out, you have to run with the current crowd first, before you can stand out. Tesla and NeuronEV may have to rethink their ideas, as being over the top could get you noticed now, but will it sell when it hits the dealer lots. Just remember that the Aztec was a great idea, but it didn't have the looks to make it a winner. Everett J.
