What ever happened to American Motors?

    What ended the life of AMC as they had some great products near the end?  American Motors was built as a savior for the little guy, but in the end this little guy was gobbled up by one of the ones they were fighting.  Follow AutoLooks as we take a look at the life of the forth American automaker and how they fought against the big three.

    AMC may not have been your number one choice for a new vehicle, but it was still amongst your choices.  Back when cars were king and everyone wanted a new one, AMC was a company who had something to offer.  Coming together through the merger of Hudson and Nash, AMC was an attempt by the little guy to stay alive in a fight against a goliath.

   As the years past and the world changed, AMC seemed to just slip into the background.  With new competition from the other side of the pond, they were now not only fighting the big three, but the big players from Europe and Japan.  Could AMC really be strong enough to win the day?

    We all know what the end result would be for AMC, but even with their demise, this little company has never been forgotten.  Come with AutoLooks as we take a look back at how AMC came to be and how it all ended.  They may not have stuck around, but they sure did put up a good fight.
