2011 A+ Awards

And the 2011 A+ Awards winner is......

     2011 was not a banner year for automotive design, as out top of the list only has four (4) entries.  Let's hope that 2012 will have better products for the world.
     AutoLooks is proud to bring you our list of the best dressed for 2011, as we give you our list of four entries below.

​   For 2011, Range Rover tops our list, beating out sports car manufactures for our top spot on the design list.  The 2011 Range Rover Evoque pushes the envelope when it comes to SUV design, as it brings us a new coupe style profile this marketplace.  Not only does it create a new segment within the SUV marketplace, but it also breaks new ground for a future with fun, fast SUV's.

    As for the rest of the list, our surprise came as there were no entries from any major sports car player.  The world again said hello to McLaren, but as it's design is all too bland, it lost out on this parade.  The same goes for the all new Lexus LFA, as it made a technological dream, but its no dream in the design world.

Corporate: Venturi

    It seems that 2011 is a year that the little company can push the envelope of automotive design, with both new models from Venturi making our list.  Add to this the all new Citroen DS3 and you have the makings of few products which are going to shake up the automotive world.
