2009 supercar design ratings

Lamborghini Reventon
Supercars, Exotics, whatever you call them, all anyone knows is that they are the most desirable cars in the world.  From exclusive manufactures, which make them mostly by hand, these cars are the most wanted cars in the world.  Built in limited numbers, and having long lists of consumers willing to pay top dollar makes these cars worth their weight in
gold.  With the best technology and the highest top ends, the supercar really is the gold standard within the automotive industry.  If you can build a supercar, which rivals everyone else’s you, will be known of for a long time.  Ask anyone if they know what a McLaren F1 is, and then ask them about what a Honda Jazz is.  Almost everyone knows the F1 name, just like the names of Lamborghini and Lotus.
When it comes to the best of the best no one does it better than small companies.  They always have to make a place for themselves so they push everything to the limit.  That is why the winner of this years AutoLooks A+ award goes to the 2009 Spyker Zagato.  This is one car that has set the world on fire, with its amazing lines and unique interior.  As everyone already knows, Spyker is a niche player, which sets out to mix old world fighter jet, with new age supercar.  And the Zagato does just that.  The most amazing feature of this car is its beautifully sculpted lines.  No one can look away once they see this masterpiece.
Now even when you have a class like this you always have to have a loser.  And to name someone that really doesn’t cut it is a very hard thing to do.  Although our winner of the Rusty is well designed car it still lacks a few key things that would make it a winner.  So for this year the Rusty will have to go to the 2009 Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano.  This Ferrari now takes the place of the 612, and it does make it a better top model, but it still looks more like a coupe, than a supercar.  Added to this, Ferrari has to ditch those exposed five-point rims.  They look more like they would fit in, in the 1980’s rather than the year 2008.  And just like every other Ferarri, it uses a slit for headlamps.  This makes the front look more like the rear of American cars of the 1950’s.
