It has been awhile since we have rounded out the year, but for 2013 we are making some changes. This year we are bringing you the 10 best new designs for 2013. And if you are wondering if we put something from every segment into this list, we did not. Yes we all know that sports cars are the best looking cars out there, but sometimes there are those odd sedans and trucks, which can look great as well. For this year we took a look at what people would want in a vehicle based firstly on its looks, then on its usability. Then you have to ask, who would buy this, and for what purpose. We all know why people purchase a Minivan, they have a family and need something big. But why do they purchase a Dodge or Toyota Minivan.
