It wasn’t that long ago when we first laid eyes on the marvelous beast for the first time and when that V8 roared to life, we were hooked. Now if you don’t remember what movie we are talking about, then you need to check the image below. We are talking about that marvelous GT500 show car from the 2000 iteration of “Gone in 60 seconds”. Sure we all know that the movie cars was a massive overhaul on the original, but maybe that’s why we have this great model today.

It seems only like a decade ago that we were all shocked when Ford unveiled the new car based Explorer to the world. And again today we are shocked again at how that model has hardly changed. Again for 2019 we would like you to say hello to the slightly updated Ford Explorer.

For 2019 Ford has decided to give their full size CUV a mild makeover and we do say mild lightly. As this apparently new Explorer is hardly a change from the previous update. Sure you may notice a new grille, headlights and updated bumper. But next to that, that's all you have, as the rest of the model is still hardly change from the 2011 introduction.

Again it came as no surprise when Kia decided to drop the all new soul upon us. Sure it was a bit of step in the right direction, but I think they may want to cut back on the hamsters play time.
With all models a mild refresh is always in the cards, but when your new model is nothing more then a few minor updates, were going to have problems Seems again that Kia thought they could pull the wool over our eyes with a minor update.
