2024 AUTOLOOKS COOKIE AWARD WINNERS
ALL TOO SIMPLE FOR THIS WORLD!

Picture
Ever find a cookie cutter and automatically know what type of car it is.  For this reason AutoLooks has gone out and found this years all too simple designs and handed them out new Cookie Award.  Cookie Cutter shapes deserve to get noticed too!

2024 Alpha Motors Rex
All too simple SUV profile
Alpha Motors Rex Cookie Award
Alpha Motors is yet to produce a vehicle, but that hasn't stopped them from making another new product.  The Rex is what you would expect from Alpha, as it is is the most basic SUV design you could think of.  Let's just hope it performs off-road better than its outline.

2024 Dadao Private
The truck from our childhood
Dadao Private Cookie Award
Dadao is new to the automotive ring, but the design of their new truck is not.  the Private is nothing more than what we drew as a standard truck when we were children.  This may help it out when it comes to our relationship, but it does nothing for its overall appeal.

2023 Force Citiline
One bland city indeed
Force Citiline Cookie Award
Force Motors has never really been strong when it comes to design, and its new Citiline extended SUV is change to that format.  It may have loads of space inside, but its not the vehicle you really want to be seen in.  We just hope that Force can change the look of this cityscape for its next model.

2024 Honda N-Box
Another toaster from Honda
Honda N-Box Cookie Award
No surprise for us, as Honda again has mad the N-Box look like a travelling toaster.  Even with a Mugen makeover this toaster is still not much better.  Hopefully the quality of the toast is better than its overall design.

2024 Jenhoo EV48
Vast and Empty is what this model is all about.
Jenhoo EV48 Cookie Award
Can anyone get Jenhoo a couple of accent trims pieces, cause this model is in need of something.  A lack of character lines gives this model the most basic appearance out there.  Maybe some added chocolate chips could make this cookie a bit better.

2024 LEVC L380
A Van in its own image.
LEVC L380 Cookie Award
We get why the Airbus A380 is a simple design, but we are trying to figure out why LEVC tried to make their van look like a plane for the road.  Sure, it can easily coast through the air, but a van of this stature will never move that fast.

2024 Mercedes-Benz EQE
A blob in its own right
Mercedes-Benz EQE Cookie Award
Again Mercedes-Benz has given us the most basic sedan outline for their next entry into the EV world.  Guess someone never told them that we have moved passed the age of blob cars.  Sure, the EQE may get better mileage, but that doesn't stop this car from being a sad piece of machinery.

2024 Munro MK_1 pickup
Two-Box at its best
Munro MK_1 pickup Cookie Award
Munro seems to be following the same path as Bollinger.  Bland and basic is where this model prides itself, as it utilizes the most basic vehicle outline you could think of.  When a pre schooler can draw your vehicle, you might have an issue, even if it can handle whatever you through at it.

2024 Munro MK_1
The most basic SUV in history
Munro MK_1 Cookie Award
Similar to their pickup, the Munro MK_1 SUV only adds on an integrated cap to their original design.  This does create more interior room, but adds less to an already simple design.  Maybe a rear window or some icing could help this basic cookie out.

2024 Olympian 84
Wonder if 1984 will come back for its design
Olympian 84 Cookie Award
1984 was a year for some of the most basic automotive designs, and it seems that Olympian knows this.  Given the basic nature of the 84's design, its name does suit the product at hand.  Too bad the 80's were not the highlight of the automotive industry as this cookie should learn to pick a decade with better looks.

2024 SHM Afeela
I feel yeah Sony and Honda
SHM Afeela Cookie Award
Sony and Honda got into bed with each other and it turned out just as we thought.  Bland and boring on the outside with an amazing amount of interior goodies.  Technology may be your best suit, but design is not.  Maybe Sony should have stuck with their original design and not let Honda into bed with them.

2023 TUE Stella
STELLA!
TUE Stella Cookie Award
You can call out its name, but you cannot call it out for good reason.  This Stella is not the one you want to call when you want to look good, as TUE has only made this one good enough for travel.  I guess this Stella is the streetcar and not the woman of your fantasy.

2024 Yuanhang H8
New and Simple all rolled into one
Yuanhang H8 Cookie Award
Can something new really be this bland.  Well when it comes from a world of boring you could expect it, but on the other hand we could also expect more.  Yuanhang may be new to the market, but their overall appeal is not, as their entry into the CUV market is nothing more than your basic design with another name.

2024 Yuanhang Y6
A label couldn't help this one out
Yuanhang Y6 Cookie Award
Is it a Porsche, Tesla or Audi, no one knows.  Yuanhang seems to be borrowing the most basic sedan profile it could think of and it does it in a way which makes you question what it truly is.  Could this be the most basic cookie of all time, or is it just another treat looking for its play in the world.
