The final curtain call for Fisker Automotive It seems that history is repeating itself, well at least in North America. As of April 9, 2013, Fisker Automotive has filed for bankruptcy, bringing an end to one of the three electric companies from the U.S.A. I guess this came as no surprise to anyone after the loss of over 100 ready for sale Karma's last year. But the biggest blow to this company may not be the fact that it is about to die, it is that its biggest celebrity endorsement may come to an end. It may not be out in the public right now, but who would ever think that Justin Bieber would keep a car from a company who cannot honor any warranty or service. Because of the death of Fisker, we may see one of the biggest sales at Barrett Jackson next year. If John Lennon's Mercedes or Carroll Shelby's Cobra wasn't enough for you, then maybe Justin Bieber's Fisker is just up your alley. With an estimated sale price of $250,000, we may just see Justin make an enormous profit on this gift. Of course this is just a possibility of what may happen. We don't actually know if Justin will sell his prized Chrome Karma, but if he ever expects to get service on this car, he may have to spend more than it's worth. And when you think about how much someone would actually pay to have something worthless from a celebrity, then maybe we will see this ride up for sale next year at Barrett Jackson Auctions.
