Why is the EV Market Retracting now?

    Just a few short years ago it seemed like nothing could slow down the growth of the EV marketplace.  Today we are starting to see that this is possible, as the first influx of buyers are nearing the end of their original leases and deciding to move back into the I.C.E. world.  Although most will make the trek on over to the hybrid market in place of a full I.C.E., they are still leaving the EV world.

   But why is this happening and at the alarming rate which is going on today?  Could it be the change in driving habits required for EV ownership, the lack of proper information about the operation of EV's or maybe its the problems with the charging network.  Whatever it is, consumers are deciding to move back into bed with their old counterparts, rather than sticking with a market which could save them money in the long run.
