Can we survive the EV Changeover for Racing Cars?

     Seems that racing is starting to move over to an alternative fuel source.  But can it survive this way, as the I.C.E. engine can still go further?  Time will tell us if these new racing leagues can survive against the big players and if we are willing to change our mindset for the future.  AutoLooks takes a look at EV Racing.

     The world is evolving out of the 20th century and into the eco conscious 21st.  This is not only affecting the auto industry itself, but the the way we push those vehicles to the limit.  EV Racing is nothing new, as some form of hybrid technology has been used in racing for years.  But dedicated racing leagues are a new thing and it seems the are starting to grow in popularity

    Formula e, was one of the first all electric racing leagues and today it is into its 2nd generation of cars.  These new cars now can travel the entire length of the race, making switching cars obsolete.  But even with a full charge for the race, can this series really take the behemoth of Formula 1?

    For now it seems that it cannot take out the original racing league, but it can help transform the original league into a more eco conscious sport.   Now with an attack on off road racing set in environmentally conscious areas, EV Racing is really starting to grow in popularity.  But can this growth keep going on batteries alone, or do we need more power?
