How did Gran Turismo Change the world of Racing?

    To most people it's just a game, but for the rest of us its a whole lot more.  Gran Turismo paved the way for more than just gaming fun, it changed our whole gaming world.  So come with us as we explore how the Gran Turismo franchise not only changed the way we play racing games, but how it changed the way we race as well.

   It may not be the first and original racing game out there, but Gran Turismo changed the way we race and how we race.  Not only did it give us real vehicles, but it also made us all learn how to properly control a vehicle in a gaming environment.  This not only changed the way we played games, but also helped us out in the real world.
