Why do we have GT products?

GT Comfort - AutoLooks
What is a GT product and why are there so many of them?  Nearly every major sports car manufacture has one, but why is that?  AutoLooks takes a look at the GT marketplace and answers why we have them and why people want them.

GT products.  What are they and why do we have them?  That is a good question to start with, as this part of the sports car world plays a vital role in the automotive world.
Nearly every sports car manufacture has one along with most luxury auto makers, so why is there main purpose?  That is a great question and one that AutoLooks can help with.

GT products may not be the top of the line Halo car we all aspire to own, but there purpose in the automotive market is substantial.  As most sports car manufactures try to out do each other with their halo products, there is also a need to for some creature comforts in those top performing products.  Sure, the GT class doesn't hold the title of fastest car in the world, but they do hold a special place in our culture which demands creature comforts.

Comfort is the one part which is missing from most halo models, and is something which we all require at some point in our lives.  Be it traveling back and forth to the office or heading out on a weekend trip, your halo car may not have what you want for the ride.  Fast and fun is great, but doing it in style and comfort is even better.

GT cars are not just the top of the luxury food chain, but they are what we all require when we just want to cruise.  So, follow AutoLooks as we take a look at the world of GT products, and how they have evolved over the years and are now blending into different segments of the automotive world.
