Rise of the EV Wars

Rise of the Electric vehicle Wars

Picture
Ever since the dawn of the new EV market, it has always seemed that someone is out to get the original.  With Tesla spearheading this resurgence in electric mobility, it seems that everyone is always comparing themselves to them.  In turn this has led to a full on war between these new EV makers.  And now it seems that this war may have some victims soon.  Come with AutoLooks as
we take a look at this war amongst EV makers and who will win and who will lost the battle.

GM started this war back in the late 90's, with the introduction of the EV1.  Today Tesla has kept this war going, as they showed the world the electric mobility could happen and was viable.  This new war took nearly two (2) decades to get going, but today it is full force.

With Tesla's sales growing to match those of similar production cars and having an expanded lineup, the market was soon overflowing with new companies and products.  The new companies where only after specific parts of the segment, carving out their own little niche.  Of course they would do that, as the big players were on their way and everyone knows they have deep pockets required to hit multiple markets in a short amount of thime.

Once a market hit the point where bigger companies could make a profit in it, the real battle begun.  With companies like Rivian, Aiways and Morris Commercial already hitting the ground, it was only a matter of time before GM, Ford and Hyundai took notice.  This would push the battle to the next level and only time will tell if the little ones can make it.
