What is with all of these Luxury SUV's Everywhere?

    What is with all of the high end SUV's hitting the market?  AutoLooks takes a look at the backstory and reason why so many automakers are entering the top tier of the SUV marketplace.  This may just the starting point for this market, as there is much to be made.

    High End vehicles have been around since the dawn of the automobile.  But not until this century was there ever interest in pursuing an interest into expansion beyond their current model lineup.  

    ​High End automobiles have spent their lifetime languishing around in the sedan, coupe and convertible marketplaces.  This was all good when those products were all the rage, but today people prefer a bit more.  Consumers today want something for everyday life.  And with that need comes a demand for products from segments not currently in the high end roster of the automotive market.  

     With the boom in SUV & CUV marketplace along with an increase in demand for luxury due to more wealthy consumers.  The demand for these products has become too hard to ignore anymore.  We all thought that we could live with an Escalade, Range Rover and Grand Cherokee and be fine, but today we want a Rolls and Bentley to do the same thing.

     As wealth has increased in many regions around the world this demand has become great and it seems that the big players in the High End ring cannot shut the door on these demands anymore.  But, with a strong demand and not enough top tier products to go around, it seems that many other companies are taking notice at the potential of this market.

    Today companies like HongQi, Aurus, Maybach and even Toyota are looking at the top tier of the luxury world.  But can this market take on new products without saturating the demand to the point of disparity?  Only AutoLooks can uncover that answer.
