Infiniti has been around since 1989 and has been trying hard to get seen as true luxury make. But how can you do that without your own aftermarket products? This is a question Infiniti has been playing around with for over a decade and still has not pushed the light on. But why? This is a question which AutoLooks takes a look at in this podcast.
|
Infiniti released IPL (infiniti performance line) back in 2010 and it seems all they do is create aero kits for their products. Without a dedicated performance division, Infiniti is falling behind the competition. With the divisions like AMG, M division, TRD and RS, Infiniti is falling behind. Their Eau Rouge and Project Black concepts showed us that they were serious about their IPL division, but unfortunately after more than a decade they are still behind.
With no promise for a true aftermarket product, Infiniti and IPL division are slipping away. But can they turn this around and make this division a true competitor. Only if they listen to AutoLooks, as we uncover the darkness behind the ultimate performance Infiniti.
