2010 Ford Mustang design review

            Well, another year has come and gone and now we’re only four and half years away from the 50th anniversary of the Mustang.  So, for 2010 Ford has decided to give the Mustang an overhaul.  This could be because of the arrival of the Challenger and Camaro, or it could be because it needs to keep the attention going, until the all new 50th anniversary Mustang arrives.  

        For a car which ushered in an era of new aged Muscle cars, it only seems fitting to change up the design, when every variation has been made.  Hopefully this time Ford will make a Mach and Boss version of the mustang, unless they are waiting for the next model to bring back those names.  All if have to say to Ford is, when are you going to bring back the Grande model, the one lost and well forgotten Mustang model of 1969 and 1970.  The 2010 Mustang does update on problems of the previous model, and then it also created some new problems.

       Although the problem of the high hood line is gone, the problem of the front air ducts, is still there.  Maybe Ford should ask some aftermarket people for some help here.  The only major new problem is that upon changing the design, the changed the taillights.  This has gotten rid of those beautiful three light system and gone with a tapered three light system.  They should have kept the 2009 taillights.
