2010 Ford Shelby GT500 design review

​            It hasn’t even been six months and the new Mustang already has an aftermarket version out.  Of course, when its Shelby building the aftermarket car for you, then maybe you would want it out right away.  It seems that just last year Shelby released a top-of-the-line Mustang, and then not even six months 

into sales, and they are set to release another.  Its nice to see the good cars coming, but couldn’t you wait until after the SEMA auto show to release the images of your car.

       Now everyone in the aftermarket world wants to build their own version of the Shelby Mustang, not the real Mustang.  But when you look this good, its hard to wait.  But really does this car look that good.  It may be the best of the best, but it still has some poor design features.  For instance, I know its nice to put a cooling duct behind the radiator, but could you maybe blend in the colors to match the paint scheme of the car, or even make it look like it made of steel, not plastic.  Now on a side note, it would have been nice to see a little bit more style on the rims, not saying there is anything wrong with them.  Just maybe add a bit more chrome to them.
