2010 Ford Taurus SHO design review

2010 Ford Taurus SHO
Now for the best of the best, a car which needed a major overhaul, if it was going to have a performance model.  And considering that it comes from America, you would expect a lot more, and so did a lot of consumers.  So now we have to look at the disaster which is the 2010 Ford
Taurus SHO.  Being from a company that goes over the top on its Focus, F150 and Mustang models, you would expect to see a lot more done to a car with this much former street cred.  But in the case of Ford vs. father time, it seems that time won.  And why might I say that, well first take a look at the SHO from roof to wheel.  Then take a look at a base model Ford Taurus.  Now do you see what we are talking about.  There isn’t enough done to this car.

First things first Ford, before putting on the SHO label, you should have stepped back and said “is this comparable to a Dodge Charger SRT-8, or even your own 2008 Ford Falcon FPV”.  No, it is not.  So, take another look at what they do down under, or even send this down under, and come back to us with a proper SHO.  And yes, we all know that with the original SHO models nothing special was done to them.  But at least you where able to tell them apart from the other Taurus models.
